Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.
- After approval, if your site will not get traffic for one week continuously, then your domain will be removed.
- Your website content shall not have any content which is obscene, defamatory, libellous, slanderous, violent, and / or unlawful by any means. Further there will be no software piracy, hacking, or illegal downloads of any kind.
- All your website content, videos, articles should be unique and high quality. We always love those publishers who update their blogs on a regular basis.
- As we are a google partner Joinadx strictly follow all the guidelines of google ads manager. So if we found any kind of policy violation then immediately your ads serving will stop.
- Publishers who do not produce work for at least 25 days after approval will not be given their earnings. It is mandatory to work for 25 days.
- If you are doing daily work and you stop working in the middle due to some reason, then the company will wait for 10 to 15 days, if you do not start the work, then your payment will be hold for 90 days.
- After starting the work, if the ad code is removed in the middle, then your id and everything will be blocked automatically.
- If you do not bring an impression daily minimum $1 or daily minimum 5K to 8K, then first the company will review for minimum 7 days then you will be informed to increase traffic. If you do not increase the traffic, then your revenue will be hold for 90 days.
- We don’t allow any kind of fake traffic, bot traffic, spam traffic, fake ad clicks. If this type of violation is found we can terminate your site any time without any advance warning.
- Your final earning report will be updated at the end of the month after deducting all invalid earning, clicks, page views.
- The minimum withdrawal is $100 (per website).
- Company reserves the right to make any changes without notice.
Payment Policy for Publishers
Payment Withdraw Date:-
Joinadx will pay the publisher a Revenue Share net of agency commission and adserving costs. We payment on Net30 basis via . different payment option inside india ( Bank, Paytm, UPI ) and for international ( PayPal, )( Example – If your january month total earning is $1000 then you will get payment on 1 st march ). create a payment order for publisher if publisher account balance is at least $100 (USD). Created payment order, will be paid by Joinadx within 1-5 business days(s) to publisher’s preferred payment method. The publisher agrees to cover any costs associated with transfers of payment.
It is the publisher’s responsibility to maintain up-to-date contact and payment details with Joinadx. Any loss of revenue or charges resulting from inaccurate contact details will be borne by the publisher.
Payment Delay:-
we never delay our payments but still if you did any mistake while entering your payment details then it can delay the process. It’s your responsibility to add the correct payment details. If every detail you provided will be right then there will be no delay in payments. Before withdraw, please fill the payment details here perfectly
Deduction And Payment:-
We Work With Google As A Ad Partner So We Follow All Ad Manager policies And If We Found Any Policy Violation In Your Website Realted To Ad Fruad ( Self Ad Click, Spam Click, Bot Traffic, VPN Click) Any Illegal Activity You Done To Change Original Revenue Then We May Cancel Your Payment and Banned Your Account.
Your Payment will be canceled if:-
Payment will not be made where Joinadx suspects fraudulent publishing activities or lead generation by a publisher. This includes the generation of forced or incentivised clicks, using spiders, robots, page auto-refreshing, banner/ad-unit/advertisment auto-refreshing, redirects, hitleap, or ad rotators or any other equivalent mechanism. Such activity will lead to the immediate termination of the publisher account of Joinadx.
If we found anyone using these types of invalid methods then we will not give any payment and will ban you forever from Joinadx
Tags:
Publishers will be provided with tags by Joinadx for the delivery of advertising across approved pages. These tags must not be placed on pages other than those of the specifically approved root domain of the site.
Joinadx tags must not be modified or altered in any way other than speficying ad-unit/banner/placement width and height. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the non payment for ad impressions thus served by the publisher.
Policy Note
Any violations of above stated policies after website and app approval, will result in immediate termination and revenue penalty. JOINADX may also defer amount against its payment obligations under the Agreement, on non compliance to content, and advertising policies mentioned here under Ad Manager policies.
Ad content & Placement:
Advertising supplied by Joinadx must be placed where it is fully visible to the user on opening the page. This means above the fold and within view of the browser on loading. Joinadx will not pay for any ad impressions that are found to have been delivered on a part of the page not visible on loading.
Governing Law
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
Severability and Waiver Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under this Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Translation Interpretation
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
